Solved Displaying ext number from history (WQ settings)

Hi there,

I've some agents in a WQ, with a SDA linked to it.
These users receives all the calls from this WQ.

All of them are using a Yealink T46S, in the Call history of the phone I would like to display the number of the caller. Instead if this I have the name of the WQ..

Can someone explain me how to fix it ?

When you press to see the details of the call, doesn't it show the number that was calling?

Yes it does, but I want to display the number first. Is it possible ?

In your management console go to the Contacts section.

There you can click options and you can choose one of the below methods of displaying the ID:
