Solved displaying extension number in outgoing calls 3cx v15.5

Hello
I cannot make showing extensions on outgoing calls (v15.5).
When i call outside of the company it shows the number of my 3cx provider e g. 2101234000 not showing 2101234111 (4111 ext)

Hello Kostas, i cant understand what you mean.
Could u pls Provide more information.
Like what devices u use, what Rules you´ve set and so on.

So your Main Number is 2101234000.
And u want to call with ext 4111 over 2101234111.
You need to set caller id on the ext 4111 to 2101234111 (sometimes with Country-Code, on some trunks without) . U have to add the DID on the Trunk. And u need a Rule were ur ext 4111 goes over the Trunk with the wanted number.

Please note that the first step is to make sure that your provider accepts to pass on a caller ID that is not assigned to your trunk.
Once you verify that the provider has this ability, then you need to know the SIP field the provider needs the caller ID sent to. Different providers read the caller ID from different SIP fields.
Once both the above are verified you can set the desired caller ID under extension settings and adjust the outbound of the trunk accordingly.
Do not make changes to the outbound rules before confirming what the providers requires as this might break outbound calls completely.

Hi
1st you need to check with the provider if they allow showing extension outside calls.
2nd you need to put the number in each Extensions -> General in the Outbound Caller ID: full number (10 digits for my country 210.......)
and 3rd in SIP Trunks -> outbound Parameters -> From : User Part must be "OutboundCalleId" Outbound caller Id taken from extension Settings in management console
