I am having issues showing the inbound DID that is being called to the receiving device ( Yealink IP Phone, 3CX App and web client).

I have enabled Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID and have setup an inbound rule and named the DID.

The call routing is working so I know it is detecting the number that is being called, but for some reason the DID isn't being prepended to the call.

Are you receiving the callers name, on the device?
How many DIDs/Queues have you tested this on?
From the sounds of it, you have missed something.
If all is configured correctly, the name should come through.
Are you keeping the name short enough so that it's not being "pushed" off the screen.

Hello @Surfy

Is your inbound rule set for the main trunk number ? If so then you may have a source identification issue. The PBX might be blindly routing the call to the main trunk destination because it cannot match it to the inbound rule (it does not matter that the destination is the same).
Check your activity log and find the call coming from the provider. Search the Invite message for your number and check the format the number is sent to you. Then edit your DID to match exactly what is sent from the provider. For example your number is 0123456789 but the provider might be sending you 44123456789.
