Distorted Voice Mails

Hi

Could anyone help with this please.

All voice mails that are left on the PBX are distorted and hard to understand, whereas all voice calls sound fine.

Any ideas how I resolve this ?

It very well may be a hardware issue on the server. What about recorded outgoing messages for the mailboxes, do they sound OK? Queue messages?

Do you get the same problem if a voice message is left from another extension, or just from outside callers?
