I want to integrate this with SuiteCRM, but I use modules other than the Contacts module. For example, I have the Leads module and the Targets Module.

Since I am using SuiteCRM and I have to use the Template Generator, anyway. Is it possible to log calls for Leads and Targets?

This will depend on the REST API provided by the CRM. The name of the entity is not important, as long as you point to the proper URL.

With the wizard you will be able to create the lookup scenario for 1 entity. If you need to do it in more than 1 entity, you will need to add more lookup scenarios using the same tool, but without the wizard.

Thanks for the input. When you say "entity" are you referring to the specific modules (Leads/Contacts/Whatever).

One issue I foresee is what happens if you end up with multiple records with the same phone number? Which record will be referenced?

Exactly, using the Wizard you can only enter 1 lookup URL, for example to search for contacts. Then you will need to create scenarios to lookup for leads and accounts.

This will depend on if the records are for the same entity or not. If you use different scenarios, for example to lookup for contacts and leads, then you can decide which scenario takes precedende. Then, the records returned by the first scenario executed will be the selected record. If your CRM returns more than 1 record for the same number and entity, then the first record returned will be considered.
