Solved DND option is disappeard from the dashbaord of V15.5

Dear Team,

New version has no option to see if the extn is set on DND On/OFF .As admin we need this on dashbaord else we have to physically go the extn to see the actual status set on the phone by users.

Sometimes users forget to turn off DND.

I am 3CX Admin for Hotel. I couldn`t understand OP=operator ?Let me know ,if you can assist in sorting out DND option on new dashbaord.

Dear YiannisH,
Thank you for your prompt reply. We can`t check if DND is on\off for any extn by User either by :-

1. 3CX Management Console--> (nothing on Dashboard\Phones\Extensions )
2. Nothing we can track on Weblink on Phones(Yealink phone set on my side).

In previous versions(V14 -hotel mode) if any extn was Put ON DND ,then as admin we can check the status from Hotel Mode webpage. Which is missing here in newer version.

Please guide me.

From the management console the only way to check an extensions status is by selecting the extension in the extensions tab and click on the Status button. This will tell you the status the extension is currently on.
However i would recommend using the web client to monitor the extensions status as the status is clearly stated next to each extension and colour coded.

Thanks for your guidance ,Yes through Webclient we can see the actual staus of all the extn.Weather it is on DND ON\Off.
