I just got a quotation from a local 3cx dealer here stating that in order to send the data of incoming calls to Zendesk in realtime (create a ticket in Zendesk the moment any agent pick-up the call), I need to purchase an additional license for 3cx called "3CX Call Control Service V18 Update2 ".
Which its annual price is 3 times the price of my main 3CX annual subscription (3CX Phone system 8SC Pro edition).

My question is
1) Is the license "3CX Call Control Service" actually exist? Or it's already included in the 3CX Pro edition?
2) If the license existed, is the price range mentioned above correct?
3) I cannot find any official material regarding "3CX Call Control Service". Can anyone send me more details?

I've attached a concept pic they sent me.

That's how it is. The built-in CRM integration doesn't do real-time so if you need that, you need tools that are external (third-party) and sometimes they're expensive.

So for 1. and 2., all I can say is your dealer is probably making money on it.

For 3, this is related to the Call Control API, which is undocumented and unsupported now (deprecated and only used internally in the PBX). Some companies had it a long time ago and kept it for themselves.

The license itself has nothing to do with the API, but rather the softwares you need (probably VoIPTools) to use it.
