Do Not Disturb Timer

I am having an issue where users are setting themselves on DND and forgetting to swap back when available again.

Is tehre a way to set a timer on a status, or send a reminder when in a status for x time?

Not that i know of. We ended up removing the DND button by going into the config and adding the following line under the DND section:

features.dnd.allow = 0

I'm not aware of a way to do this natively in 3CX. The only way would be to subscribe to 3CX DN events using the 3CX Call Control API. You would need to keep track of how long someone has been in the current status. When the threshold is reached, you could then send an email to the user, and their manager programmatically. It would not be a trivial effort.
