Do not save voicemails that are less than 2000 seconds ** [BUG CONFIRMED]

In v14 the setting is in milliseconds. In v15 it is in seconds. So when I restored my v14 config to v15 beta, the min length went from 2 seconds to 2000 seconds. Took me a sec to figure out why I wasn't getting voicemails.

yes we did this value in seconds.. - So in new installs this should be "2".
But when you restore a backup we made a check not to restore this value and reset it for everyone to "2" as a new default. We will check why this conversion did not occur.
