I'm going from a monthly key to annual, do I have to backup and reload with no key info?

Not heard of this type of key - only ones are annual or perpertual.

after the key was updated you can't even open to the lic page anymore, just spins when you try.

Did you reboot after updating the key? Also, are you sure the order has been processed to convert the key?

Im sure it was rebooted, but not 100%, I'll do so tonight and get back to ya..

What version of 3cx, as you need to be running ver 15.5 sp6 or 16.

3cx have made changes their licensing servers, and you need the above versions to validate the license
