Do you know of any good WIFI IP Phones ?

Hi Everyone!

I want to know if you have used / use / or have any recommendations on Cheap / Mid Priced / Expensive WIFI IP Phones that don't require a base station to operate?

We have some of the Cisco WIP310-G WIFI IP Phones and we love them, we realise that these are no longer being made by Cisco and the only way of obtaining them is to scout Ebay, even then there like RHS!

We've looked at getting other brands but most of the ones we have looked at require a base station to work - some of the random Chinese brands are similar to the Cisco WIP310 (and don't need a base station) but as with a majority of the produce from China, you take pot luck with warranty ect.

Anyone got any advice / experience with anything like this?

Grandstream makes the WP820 (soon also the WP810) but it isn't officially supported by 3CX (yet).

What about the 3CX app running on a cheap Android phone? If you look around you can find pay-as-you go handsets for as low as $15US

We did consider that also - but we would need to find a phone with a charging dock, which wouldn't be to hard I suppose.

Just interested what other people we're using also - but decent idea !

In the past, I've seen cheap micro USB phone charging docks at the "Dollar store". It shouldn't be too hard to find some decent quality ones for a bit more.

Spectralink I have used with 3CX, but they come at a cost.

Grandstream do some cost effective WiFi handsets released recently (but I have never used these). If you can use wired instead of WiFi I would always recommend this however.

In our office we use a Unidata ICW-1000G wifi handset.

Those phones look good. Easy to integrate with 3CX?

We used some Alcatel mobiles with the app and a micro USB charging dock from amazon.
