Documenting 3cx setup - template?

Has anyone got a template document (that they would mind sharing) they use to document clients 3cx setups?

Talking about a document we can hand to the client with an overview of how their system is setup.

Eg a list of all the extensions,
default voicemail setting
Conference DID number, and extension
Inbound call routes (eg main number goes to IVR 700 - Press 1 = Ring group 801, press 2 = Ring group 802

Ring groups
Ring Group : 802 = members, action on no answer etc.

OK, I have not seen anything public-ally that would fit what you want. What most resellers do is write their own I believe, this way you can customize it for the client and add your logos etc.
