Does 3CX Hotdesk Support Grandstream GXP1165/1160

We could not find the template for this phone to configure hotdesking. However it is configured with 1615 but when dial the code to login extn, it is keep getting failed.

Please advice

I'm afraid that there is no hotdesking template for this phone as legacy phone devices have a limited feature set.

Do we have any option for get hotdesk feature in this phone since we have majority of the phone is in this model.
