Does 3CX support SIP OPTIONS requests?

We're in the middle of switching to a new provider and they are requiring a response to an OPTIONS ping. I can't find any information on this functionality within 3CX, and more over am finding it difficult to locate information about it beyond RFC documents outlining its use.

I found SIPPINGPERIOD under Custom Parameters in Advanced but this looks like it's for INFO not OPTIONS.

Any thoughts?

I ran a packet capture and our current provider is sending OPTIONS requests and 3CX happily replies 200 OK with the correct information. I'm not receiving OPTIONS from the new provider at all though.
