i keep getting these popping up on my event logs? i've been having time to time bad call quality issues and can't seems to find out what could be causing this?

My setup is VPN hosted PBX to Azure with over 50 SIP phones at the site. We been having bad call quality issues since the start of the deployment. I have disabled PBX disabled on all extensions. It hard to get a capture as the bad calls don't always happen?

it seem that you have a variable for audio codec G722 not recognised, surely a bad line in template line 62313.

what brand and model phones do you use? is it a customised template?
your poor quality audio is probably related for these "novacare" phones to this audio codec if G722 is first choice or near top of your audio codecs settings in extensions.

Bad audio is for all internal and external calls? only affect a model of phone?

what is the first codec your sip provider need to use(hope for you this is not G722), use the same to avoid codec transcription, remove or put G722 to end of choice list. try if it's fixed.

It looks like the custom templates added to the PBX have errors. Do the errors go away if you delete these templates?
Do you also have bad quality when using the 3CX clients? Bad quality can mean a number of things. The first you should check is codecs.
