I Managed to log in to web client without having to MFA?

If you have enabled SSO with either Google or O365, then the MFA function should be required by them.
Is it possible that you had already done a MFA sign in and the browser was cached and Google/O365 didn't require it again?

If you try from a PC you have never access the WebClient from, does it do the same?

I tried from my mobile and it didnt request it.

Although this sounds more like a Google/O365 problem, which SSO login method did you try?

It's 365

then you must enable Secure Login Mode for an MS365 Tennant to require MFA.

We already have MFA enabled, I have to do it daily to log in to MS Partner Portal.

then you reuse the session from MS and they state you are validated, then it does not matter where you Auth to.
Please consult for this matter the MS support for further infromation.
