doesnt install right

hi. I tried to install the software but after I put an admin name in it and a password it says that it cannot create user phone_pbx_3cX or something as a user. But I didnt fillout that username. So where is the failure or bug?
What can I do so it will install itself right?

hmm..not sure... but do you have admin rights on that machine?

also make sure you have admin rights in the domain your working. Since the user will be added tio the domain if the server is a domain server (had some really ugly problems with that, try to work on that)
