No I'm referring to Dongle USB, I get a way to connect with Issabel and Asterisk.
But I didn't fine any way with 3cx

mohamed, could you please elaborate more your request? what do you want to do with this Dongle USB?

I mean Chan_dongle need to connect to my server then receive and make calls. As we can do it with issabel and Asterisk.​

No this kind of stuff is not supported, if you plan to use a gateway then try to get a supported one, check this link
