Doorbell GDS 3705 Firmware compatibility

Hello everybody,
3CX is not supporting the device GrandStream GDS 3705 even it exists int the list of compatible devices.
This device currently has hardware version 3.2A according to GrandStream infrmation, and this hardware started in firmware version 1.0.1.21, but 3CX needs the device in firmware 1.0.1.6. GrandStream says to downgrate to version 1.0.1.6 is not possible because the Hardware Versions that support that firmware is very old.
3CX development team has to work on supporting the latest hardware version of the device GrandStream GDS 3705, because several customers are having issues installing GrandStream Doorbells and 3CX only says that supports old firmwares.

Hi,

Please note we do not test the new firmware in the case of 3rd-party support devices.

These devices are supported directly by the vendor. If you need to upgrade the firmware, obtain the appropriate firmware version directly from the device vendor. Then navigate to Phones > Options > Enable Untested / Unsupported Firmwares, and go to Phones > Firmwares to upload and deploy the firmware as required.
