doorphone works only one way

Hi,

I set up 3cx with alphatech doorphone through SBC. Doorphone registers fine and an can call to the doorphone from my mobile app.
However, doorphone does not call my app. Checked audio and video codex, but these are fine and work from y mobile to my doorphone. What els could be wrong here?

Are you able to make an echo test *777 does it work?

I entered *777 in the doorphone phone book, but no success.

You will need to also look at the logs of the device, as it seems it can not make the calls.

I also contacted Alphatech, the doorphone manuacturer, to see if it is a firmware issue an to see how i can extract a more detailed logfile.
