Dose 3cx v7.1.6589 support SRV records?

I'm finding little conclusive info on the forums about this.

Ok I have Broadvoice setup in 3cx with sip.broadvoice.com and the proxy as proxy.atl.broadvoice.com and it works but there is no real failover if something happens with the ATL server, so I tried proxy-atl.broadvoice.com (which has no A record but has the SRV record of _sip._udp.proxy-atl.broadvoice.com setup) but 3cx cant register.

Dose 3CX not support SRV records?

We do support SRV records. However not sure if Broadvoice is using a custom implementation.

If you are looking for business grade voip provider, i would recommend something like Broadvox as opposed to a consumer service such as Broadvoice....
