Double click function to call

Hello,

For one of our customers I got the question that there is an function within the Windows Client that you're able to 'double click' on a user.
When you use this function, your phone automatically calls this user. Unfortunately this only works for one user.
Where do you setup this config that the other users can also use this function within the Windows 3CX client?

The issue now:

• For some users it's kinda working, the phone rings on the other side but not at their own phones
• For other users it doesn't work at all, double click doesn't do anything
