Solved downgraded to (V16)

i need setup 3CX on google Cloud but getting following error.

This license key is registered to a version 18.0 currently not supported by PBX Express.
You may contact our customer service for further assistance.

I sent an email to support 10 hours ago or more and I haven't received a response yet

Everything is off for me now, is there any solution?

There are plenty of solutions. Stay with where ever you have 3CX now when you upgraded to v18. You can also get a new key.

This is not a support issue, this is a licensing issue so I wouldn't hold my breath on an answer.

When I install the system on Google Cloud it does not work, I have a backup that was working for me without any problems on the v16 version, my friend updated to the latest version and nothing worked from the time of the update until now, I want to go back to version 16 again

Could you define 'nothing worked'? I've been running v18 for months, and many others have as well. What exactly isn't working with your setup? Because v18 is nearing release so sooner or later you will have to figure it out because you can't stay on v16 forever. Once a license is 'upgraded' you can't downgrade as you've noticed. Where is your current v18 installed now? Is it a free or paid key?
