Download archived recordings

I connected my 3CX instance to google cloud arrived all the recordings. Now I created another instance and connected google cloud to fetch the recordings but it's empty.

is there a way I can download archived recordings in new instance?

You can't access them from a different server as the database entries to tell the system it's there, isn't there.

The only way I know is to restore a backup that included Recordings.

Otherwise, use the Google Bucket web interface to download them.
