Hello

Has anyone encountered this issue? There's no problem with the backup.

I'm trying to download the backup set to the Local PC, but getting the error "Couldn't download - Network issue".

How to fix this problem? Thanks.

Have you checked your AV isnt catching it and quarantining?

I have disabled AV but still same error.

Try from another PC, or even from your mobile phone. As the admin console is just a web page, you can connect from a browser on your phone.

You will need to do a bit of testing. This doesnt seem to be a PBX issue but a network issue that you will need to troubleshoot.

Hi Nicholas,

I've added my home PC public IP to the allowed console access to gain access to the admin functions. Tried to download the backup set and still got the same download error. I'll be looking further at my NAS security to see if there's any security features that might be causing this.

But note that there was no issue downloading the backup sets back in oct 2024 when the version was v20u3b806. I think something was changed causing the download to fail.

I'm also getting this issue today. I was able to download some searches but now it's failing every time. I've tried different PC / browsers. On v.20.0.6.724

So... I'm trying to download my call records for July. I've managed to do it by breaking the custom search down to smaller sections.

I've realised that I can search for 22nd July, but if I try and download this day then I get the network issue error. Something in my call records this day seems to break the export to CSV function. The only thing that sticks out is that I have some incoming international calls starting +134 .... could this be the issue?

Hello @templeben ,

Could you set system to debug for logs, screenshot a) the logs as viewed in the pbx for the problem day(s), b) steps to download, c) error given, and send over the screenshots and logs? Please anonymize everything or send via Direct Message.
