I still afraid of doing the upgrade. If it doesn't works it will affect my operation. So kindly please any assist me i will share you my details. Please come through a remote session or Teams meeting to do this task. Kindly help

As above,

Steps are very easy to upgrade the system yourself

1. Make sure your operating system is supported https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/phone-system-installation-windows/

2. Backup 3cx with fqdn and license key , recordings and voicemails. Move this backup to another folder location on the 3CX server (not 3cx folders) i.e. c:\temp

3. Uninstall 3cx

4. Rebooted the server

5. Install 3cx v18, during the setup select restore from backup and use the backup file you saved to c:\temp
