Solved Download the CDR module

I have a hosted 3CX and i want to download the call module, but when ever i use filezilla to acces it doesn't work.
it gives the following messages:
Status: Connect to xx.xx.x.xx:5060...
Status: Connect, wait for welcome message...
Error: Connection expires after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Unable to connect to server
(x) it's the ip adres of the 3cx machine.
It's on the newest version.
And i have the machine hosted on OVH(if that matters).
The Siptrunk is hosted somewhere else.
Is there something i am missing?

It is likely a permission issue. Are you supplying credentials? I assume you have the necessary port open for SSH access. We use FileZilla all the time.

As an alternative, if you want to automate the processing of CDR files, I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Exporter tool. This tool automatically detects the creation of new CDR files, parses the data, and places the data in SQL Server / MySQL in real-time. It does a lot more than that, but it will certainly meet your needs.
