Where is the downloadable manual we have been promised for so long?

I am in need of this as well.

What I really need is a user guide that can be given to clients. Not the administrator manual but just the basics of how to use the desk phones and soft phone. I am now having to make one because one doesn't seem readily available. My clients keep asking for a pocket quick guide instead of the online version.
