Downloading recording

3cx v18.0 (Build 461) Debian

Moving from windows to debian os, we cannot download the recordings is this a know problem in debian, is there a way to fix this?

Copied the config from 3cx, installed Debian then imported config

The odd thing is new recording are showing but not all can be downloaded, only a few of those new recordings can be downloaded most of them don't download at all

When you moved did you include the recordings in the backup?

if the recordings are archiving, can you reach that location from the new PBX?

We do not support copying the 3CX config. The only supported way of migrating is to generate a backup, then restore it later when you install 3CX again. I hope that this is what you meant.
