Hi, lately i've been facing some problems with this model. We have 2 bases, both with firmware up-to-date, they worked normally 2 months, but in a period of 15 days they stopped. In my 3cx i have the template of dp750, even with it, the bases get to be recognized but the incoming and outgoing calls don't work, is it possible to be a problem in 3cx or in the phone?

Which means what? They do show as registered in 3CX when this happens?

If that is the case, then what does the Activity Log show when a call is made to them? what is the reason for it failing? Does a call placed by the device show in the log?

Yes, bot are registered. When a call is made, i have 408 response

Could you post a log of an outgoing call attempt, and an incoming call?
I'm assuming that no other device is having an issue, which makes be believe this it is something (configuration?) to do with the DP750's.
Were there any changes made to anything (network, firmware, updates) at the time these began having problems?

I think isn't configuration, because the two phones worked since i installed. My network/firewall/pabx don't had any changes, the problem appears random.

Are these sets local to te server, or remote? In the logs I see the extension 50 referred to by both a local IP and an FQDN, but extension 51, only an IP. What is different about the two sets provisioning / location

Dev:sip:[email protected]:50195

Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060
Call to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

Do calls to each extension directly (no ring group) behave the same way?

Both are in a remote server xxx.3cx.com.br, directly calls can't send audio, i'm trying to understand if is a problem with the base/handsets, 3cx or some configuration in my network, because the phones worked fine when i installed them

Are they behind an SBC, using VPN, or behind a router using STUN?
