Hi,

I doubt I'm the only one with these issues buy can't find any advice,

so, say I go to call "Fred" I type Fred in search bar in the client and hit enter.

the dialer assume I want to dial "Fred"

my catch all sip trunk drops the call as "Fred" is not a real number

is there a way/outbound rule to stop calls starting with "A-Z" from being sent to providers.

please let me know if anyone has a similar problem or solution?

thanks,

In your "catch all" outbound rule just add "+,0-9" in the "Calls to numbers starting with prefix"

This will match all calls to numeric numbers but drop calls starting with a letter.
