DST Settings Fanvil

Hi,
i use the standard template for X5S and X6.
Now i have 2 customers where today the time changed and the DST Settings are ignored. Now the phone shows the time 1 hour in past.

When i go directly to the webinterface, i can switch Fixed Type to "By Date" from "Disabled". Disabled which is chosen from the template is greyed out. Thats weird.
When i change to "By Date" then it works correct.

How can i publish this to all phones? Is that a bug or should i publish a custom template?

Hi,

Under the EXT phone provisioning tab > Options what is your timezone set to?

what is the timezone on your PBX?

is the time on your server OS correct?

The Setting in the provisioning tab is "Standard-Timezone".
Timezone of my PBX is +1 Germany Berlin
Time on the OS is correct.

can you look at the current template for your Fanvil phones?

Looks like the phones arent taking the DST settings and it thinks that DST has ended.

when you change it to "by date" your phones go back in to DST (+1). You'll find that on 5th Oct they will revert back to being 1 hour out.

Does your template reflect this:

Does the phone match the template? (there are X5 and X5S)

Have you reprovisioned your phones?

Have you restarted the 3CX?

What happens if you factory reset one of the handsets and let it reprovision?

Saying that, I hanged my timezone to Berlin i've just provisioned my Fanvil 3XG and it shows the following and i have the correct time:

I would advise you factory reset your Fanvil.
Ensure they're on the latest supported FW
Ensure you're using the correct template then reprovision.
