Hi there,
Just received a complaint from one of our customers. Not sure what's going on, but sometimes people which are calling the customer through a mobile phone (iPhone) a DTMF input is not being recognized and after it should automatically redirect the call to a ring group. This however also fails. Please see the attached video. Really strange issue. Below is the log from that specific call.
