DTMF Input

When on a call, we are unable to dial extensions from the Chrome webclient. The keypad is completely disabled in the app after the call connects. Is something misconfigured or not setup properly? Without a desk phone, we'd really be in trouble. TY

Hi,

If you are remote controlling a deskphone from the webclient, you will not be able to do this.

If you switch to full webclient mode you should be able to dial DTMF codes too.
