What exactly is the reasoning behind this choice?

Our business used the dtmf inputs and made personal business cards that include those numbers. For some reason, now this option is completely gone?
Am I missing something?

Old ones will continue to work after upgrades but the editing/creation of new ones isn't there.

@Nick Galea is this something that will come back with script IVRs and such?

Ours stopped working due to unsupported providers.
However, we still need this feature to be available asap. Correct me if I am wrong, it was not mentioned anywhere as a feature that's going to be gone after the update.

The fact that DTMF stopped working is not related to the fact that DTMF IVRs are uneditable.

If you use an unsupported provider, you need to check with them. DTMF themselves are still very functional in 3CX.

Its working just fine for me with standard ivr. Maybe you have to check with your provider.

@bitn2 , what do you mean "it's working just fine for me..."? Care to elaborate?
I do have the exact same problem as @PCProjectcfu .
The user gets an 6 digit PIN which he types in to connect with agent.
That was working perfectly with the "DTMF input".
Now that's gone, I have either an option to select between 0-9 and wake up call?
Seriously 3CX??

The ivr works fine. Press 1 or 2... And so on.
