DTMF not working after firmware upgrade on Polycom 321

I recently upgraded the firmware on our Polycom 321 phones to version 3.3.1 (from 3.2.1) and DTMF is no longer function. Any ideas as to what would cause this and how to fix it?

Seems DTMF works if I use the old provisioning templete for the 3.2.1 firmware, guessing there is probably some missing config info in the 3.3.1 template.

The old firmware doesn't show the correct time on the phones, is there anyway to combine the old and new firmware to show the correct time and allow for DTMF tones to work?

You may have to manually set up the NTP server and time zone/time change, or it could be an issue of the set not being able to reach an NTP server. As for the DTMF, the "generate" method (sometimes called, in-band, AVT or INFO, along with other names) may have been reset to a default incompatible with your gateway or VoIP provider. You may have to change this to something that works for your particular installation.
