DTMF Not Working with certain providers

We are running 3CX V11 and DTMF does not seem to be working through CallCentric, it however does still work with our Nexvortex trunks, very strange. Any ideas?

You don't specify which direction has the problem.

It's actually kinda strange, I've been playing with it and here is what happens. Dialing out it works with my other 3CX system with another client, however dialing to any 1800 number it does not work. Dialing in DTMF seems to work just fine no problems, just going outbound.
