DTMF on Siemens Voip phone

Hi,

I just bought a Siemens Gigaset C450IP DECT phone, all is working well, but when I try to access the voicemail box, the system isn't responding at all to the keys I press on my phone (extension number etc.) I also can't find anything in the phone configuration that could explain the problem.

With the softphones I don't have that problem.

Does anyone have a solution??

It might actually the media server .

Here is to go about:

In advanced options select "bind to media server" de-select "device is external".
