DTMF Question

What does it mean?

00:11:07.359 MediaServerReporting:TMFhandler [MS211000] C:2.1: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:61146 is delivering DTMF using RTP payload (RFC2833). In-Band DTMF tone detection is disabled for this call segment.

It doesn't recognize inputs

I guess you 3CX box trying to call some VOIP provider that cannot support DTMF using RTP payload (RFC2833).

You can see RTP payload events in wireshark. So check to see if they are there.

Basically, trace a call you used DTMF with wireshark and then
1) Statistics -> VOIP Calls
2) Graph

If the events are there and not being recieved, trying increasing MTU in small increments.
