When I enter my PIN from inside it works 100% but when I enter my PIN over an outside thru skype call I get constant failures. Is there any workaround to get the DTMF tones working properly?

Hi Phil

I'm not sure I properly understand the "inside"/"outside" meanings. All I can tell you is that Skype client doesn't process (pass) DTMF coming from PSTN, say mobile phones. Therefore, gateway either.
