Dual Missed call notification -- mobile + Desktop Phone

Gday All,

It appear that if you have the 3cx client on a mobile, and have a desk phone, if you answer the call on the mobile, the desk phone shows a missed call notification and vice versa.

Is there a way to disable this, as obviously the call is answered, by one of the other, but getting the missed call notification is a nuisance, as the call is getting answered.

What version of the 3CX Phone system are you on?
Do you use the supported IP Phones and appropriated firmware?
The 3CX Phone system is remote or local?
Have you created custom templates or are you using the default 3CX templates?

We are only using the 3cx software client on 2 mobiles at this moment, on an android handset.
