Solved During a call, the number keys are invalid

When I make an external call, the other party prompts to press the number 1 or enter the verification code, but I press the number key of the phone, and it cannot be entered into the phone normally.
After the DTMF type of the phone is changed to In-band, some are OK, but most are not. Is this a problem with the settings of the 3CX system?

Hello,

Hmm.. this is not normal, the phone should have RFC2833 by default if it was configured correctly via 3CX.

- Update your 3CX system, and install all pending updates that appear after this
- Use the correct firmware as provided by 3CX
- Avoid using custom templates, this can break compatibility
- Factory reset and then reprovision your device to ensure that the correct settings are restored
- Do not make manual changes in the phone settings interface
- Do not use special characters in your extension name


If the problem still persists:
- Create a new extension and DO NOT change anything on it all, leave everything 100% default
- Factory reset the phone and assign it to this new extension using the guide
- See if this solved the problem

I can confirm that when provisioning mine, I get the correct settings by default.
