DVG-6008S with 3CX SIP server without audio

I have the following problem: When I call from the 3cx extension the call comes out, but the other end does not hear me or hear it. However, if a connection comes via the analog line by the gatway, I get on the 3cx and communicate normally.

I already know that this product is not homologated with 3CX
