Our current SIP Trunk provider requires a country code to be dialed when making any outbound call. Instead of training my users to dial this code, We just added it to the "prepend" field when creating any outbound rules, so the country code is automatically added before being sent to the SIP Trunk provider.
The problem we are running into is that if someone has made an outbound call by manually dialing the number, the call goes through as expected. It does however leave the country code in the call history listing. Therefore, if they would like to use that call history listing to re-dial the same number, it will not go through as it already has the country code, but the system also adds the country code in the outbound dial.
Is there anyway to dynamically add the country code if it is not detected on the initial outbound dial?
