The e-mail templates (Settings -> Email -> Email Templates) are currently only offered in plain text.

For example a notification for a received fax or a missed call contains the following headers :

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

We have requests from users that needs to forwards such e-mails (i.e: faxes) to others and would rather like to have the notification in HTML format so that their MUA (MS Outlook here) uses the HTML mode and inserts the standard user HTML signature.
Right now they have to manually change it to HTML mode each time and they are simply looking in a way to avoid this.

Is there a way to do this now
or this should go as a feature request ?

Thank you

v16 tested:
Just add appropriate <html> headers.
Atleast for MISSED CALLS - this does work.
I have not tested on FAX.

Hey, looks like that worked out pretty good !
The e-mail headers have switched automatically:

Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Thanks for the help with this.
