We have a number of SIP trunks from different countries on the same instance of 3CX and run into problems with porcessing E164 numbers as E164 Processing Settings only seems to allow for one country to be configured. For the UK SIP trunks we have it set to strip + and add 00, but for SIP trunks from another country we need it to strip + and replace it with 810. How can we achieve this?

In the E164 rules you are replacing the + with digits, once that is done, the number moves on to the outbound rules where you can then remove, and re-prefix with the correct digits required for each route. Don't use to add more digits than necessary.

So if E164 replaced + with 0, a call to 044XXXXXXXXXX could be set on a trunk group to he UK (removing digits and prefixing the number as required. +1808xxxxxxx becomes 018085551212 , strip the 0, and send the remaining number to a US provider,
It all depends on the country codes and your provider requirements.
