I had 911 outbound rules configured in the regular outbound rules, and found out today that because we are blocking international calls, the call was blocked "[911] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+91]"

I have now setup the 911 outbound rules in the correct location under Settings - General, and I wanted to know if this will bypass the country code issue?

I am in the process of trying to schedule a test call with the state 911 board to confirm everything is configured correctly for both office locations.

Hi @royalvt,

If you've added the number in Settings >> General >> Emergency Numbers, it will bypass all outbound rules. You can remove any outbound rules that you've made for Emergency Numbers. If you have a US provider, and they receive a 911 call, they'll route that through.

I wanted to know if this will bypass the country code issue?
Yes, it will bypass this issue.
