Hello, I have 2 scenarios

Scenario 1:

3 extensions all with DID's and one main location number with E911 services. How do I make sure all extensions / DID's will show up as the main number so I don't get billed for unregistered E911 calls.

Scenario 2

5 extensions with no DID's one main number with E911 services. How do I make sure all extensions / DID's will show up as the main number so I don't get billed for unregistered E911 calls.

Hi @petrushka,

For both scenarios, you can set the Outbound Caller ID to the Main Trunk Number (I've filled in the text for illustration purposes) and have all of the extensions added as shown below.

Note: If ALL extensions will dial your E911 number from the same Trunk number, you can just leave "Calls from extnesion(s)" blank.
