Edge 87 - extension dialler freezing

Had this problem on a couple of clients in the last week. Sometimes the pop up dialler window will be frozen, displaying either the number of the previous call or if the keypad is waiting for input, you can't type or paste anything. Re-sizing the window or ALT-TABing to another window and back again will fix it. I don't have the same problem with Chrome 87.

Hi,

When tested with Edge Version 87.0.664.47 (Official build) (64-bit) with both webclient and browser extension, it does not appear to freeze.

I would suggest to clear the browser cache and see if the problem goes away.

You can also disable any other plugins you may have, if the problems continues to persist

It would be good to know if this happens on other PCs too or just this one.

Thanks for the reply, John. Yeah I've yet to see it elsewhere, there's only myself and one other user with Edge as the default browser. No other plugins are installed, but we have recently begun to enable CRM integration with Salesforce, so there might be a connection there. I will have to monitor our other users once it's rolled out fully.
