Edit Yealink T57W config after autoprovisioning

Like a charm done provisioning few Yealink T57W and Yealink T58V via STUN method.
Sure, every user setup their BLF buttons, screensavers etc (via direct phone settings and HTTP)
But after phone restart (or in 3CX console parameters changing), all users settings resets.

Questions:
1 How to avoid autoprovisioning after first setup
2 How to edit and where the config files / templates for each phone (need to add different remote phone books)

If you are going to be doing all this stuff manually, why bother provisioning at all?

But as far as how to turn off the provisioning, you simply remove the provisioning URL.
